Site Engineer

We're hiring a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities across our active project sites. You'll be the bridge between the design studio and the construction site — ensuring every detail is built as designed, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily construction activities and labour on-site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections
- Track project timelines and report progress to the Operations Manager
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and material vendors
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and material consumption reports
Qualifications
- B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Requirements
- Prior site management or supervision experience
- Knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Ahmedabad
